I'm always looking for Halloween costume ideas that are unique yet don't require too much explaining...it's always a tough balance! The best costumes are usually the ones that are a nod to some sort of recent-ish pop culture reference, so I've put together a list of Halloween costume ideas 2024 that will ensure you're the it-girl at any Halloween party this year!
